Who We Are?

Welcome to ESN UE Poznań! We are a vibrant, non-profit student organization based at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. We proudly represent a local section of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) the biggest interdisciplinary student association in Europe. Our team is made up of passionate, open-minded local students who volunteer their time to create an unforgettable international environment right here in Poznań.

Our Mission

Moving to a new country is a huge adventure, but it can also be overwhelming. That’s where we come in. Operating under the motto “Students helping students,” our core mission is to support international exchange students and help them seamlessly integrate into Polish culture and university life.

We believe in fostering cultural exchange, promoting mobility programs, and building lifelong friendships across borders.

What We Do?

We work year-round to make sure your Erasmus experience is the best time of your life. Here is what we organize for you:

  • 🎉 Unforgettable Events & Parties: From our legendary Welcome Weeks to themed international dinners, we know how to bring people together.

  • 🌍 Trips & Cultural Excursions: Discover the beauty of Poland and beyond! We organize affordable trips to majestic cities, mountains, and historical landmarks.

  • 🤝 The Mentor/Buddy Program: We pair incoming international students with local UEP students to help you navigate your first weeks in Poznań, from figuring out public transport to finding the best pierogi in town.

  • 💡 Workshops & Development: We care about your future. We host training sessions, career days, and social impact events to help you grow personally and professionally.

You can get an ESNcard if you are currently an international exchange student (such as Erasmus+), an international full-degree student, a trainee/intern, or an active ESN volunteer. Just bring a printed photo of yourself and proof of your student/mobility status to our office!

Once you purchase your physical card from our office, you need to register it at ESNcard.org. After registering, log into your myRyanair account, go to the Erasmus tab in your profile, and enter your ESNcard details to unlock your 10% flight discounts and free checked bag!
